On 23 June 2026 the InCL-U-DE consortium gathers online for its official kick-off meeting, formally launching a 36-month initiative co-funded by the EU LIFE Programme. The meeting brings together all project partners, representatives of EU funding bodies and Ukrainian stakeholders to align on vision, governance and the road ahead.
The agenda opens at 10:00 EEST with welcome and opening remarks by the Project Coordinator, Lviv Polytechnic National University (LPNU), followed by keynote speeches from Ukrainian governmental authorities and stakeholders. From 10:20 to 10:40 representatives of the EU funding body, the EU Project Officer and EU Policy Officer, share expectations from the project, operational procedures and key policy aspects.
From 10:40 to 11:00 the Coordinator presents the project overview of LIFE25-CAP-UA-InCL-U-DE: vision, objectives, alignment with EU priorities, duration, major milestones, deliverables and expected impact. From 11:00 to 11:30 each partner, LPNU, ME and AUEL (Ukraine), introduces itself with a short presentation covering organisational profile, expertise, role in the project and contribution to the Work Packages. A coffee break follows from 11:30 to 12:00.
From 12:00 to 12:50 the consortium walks through the five Work Packages, ten minutes each: WP1 'Project management and coordination' (LPNU), WP2 'Creation of an information and educational platform with content' (LPNU), WP3 'Organization of communication campaigns' (LPNU), WP4 'Training and education activities' (LPNU) and WP5 'Screening of national priorities for the implementation and impact of the Programme on the territory of Ukraine' (AUEL).
From 12:50 to 13:20 the Project Coordinator presents the action plan for the next six months, closing remarks and a final Q&A. The official closing of the kick-off meeting is scheduled for 13:20 EEST.

With the kick-off meeting, InCL-U-DE becomes fully operational. We invite ministries, local authorities, NGOs, universities, research centres and businesses across Ukraine to follow the project, join upcoming activities and prepare for the 2026 LIFE calls.
